High Frequency Yoga™ isn’t a flexibility contest—it’s a breath-led, nervous-system-soothing practice that builds strength, stability, and self-trust while gently opening the body over time. We use props, options, and clear cueing so every posture meets your body where it is; the win is how you feel (calmer, clearer, more connected), not how far you fold. Come exactly as you are—movement is medicine, and you can’t be “behind” in your own healing.
You’re in the perfect place. Our Tuesday and Thursday classes are designed as the ideal entry point—slower pacing, extra coaching on foundations, and plenty of time to breathe, rest, and ask questions. Bring a mat and two blocks if you have them, listen to your body, and let the practice meet you; I’ll guide you every step of the way.

2. Apple Music / iTunes: open the app → search the High Frequency Yoga profile → select the matching dated playlist.
3. Turn Shuffle OFF (and Crossfade off), and set your phone volume so you can hear cues.
4. Live: I’ll say “press play.” On-Demand: start the playlist at 0:00 after my cue. Pro tip: download the playlist, use earbuds or a small speaker, and switch your phone to Airplane Mode to avoid notifications.
